I have mixed feelings about guys who change their name over and over. If you are always unsure about something as simple as a name and you need to frequently change it, how are you so confident about what your gender identity is?

i think this is looking too hard for reasons to suspect trans people of not really being trans, honestly. over a couple years, i probably considered 7 or 8 names seriously enough to give them a test run online and with some close friends. it’s a big decision, the final name is probably what you’ll be called for the rest of your life. that’s worth thinking about.
